Stephen Day has vast experience in corporate governance, venture capital, and private equity. Mr. Day has established, run, and invested in companies at all levels of growth. Furthermore, he has assisted many entrepreneurs and founding teams with fundraising, strategy, marketing, negotiation, and structuring of their businesses. Stephen's experience includes serving as Chairman and/or Director of the Boards of Las Brisas International, Atlantic Synergy, DTG, Hypermedical Life Science Technology, Inc., PharmAspira, Inc., Secure Waters Security Group, Inc., Community Asset Builders, TVI Corporation, The Diogenic Group, Corporate Fission and/or CEO of Etana, LLC., and Day Capital Partners, Inc., amongst others.
Mr. Day also owns and moderates the Board of Directors Society Group and is a member of the Maryland China Business Council, through which he shares his knowledge to help the greater business community.
Daniel J. Broyles
Daniel Broyles has over 10 years of experience in project management, planning, and execution. Prior to establishing FundWorks, he managed construction of 13 buildings throughout NYC, including the National September 11 Memorial Museum. For up to 11 simultaneous contracts, in excess of $1B, he oversaw contract drafting, bidding, negotiation, and execution. Mr. Broyles also served as as a senior executive of Epica Medical Innovations responsible for capital raises, intellectual property management, FDA regulatory affairs, and M&A due diligence; this tenure also included the invention, research & development, prosecution, and protection of IP. He began his career as an engineer and land surveyor for Haubenreich, Hess, and Shaw.
Mr. Broyles is also a member Andrew Carnegie Business Council, Architecture Construction Engineering Mentor Program, and the Automotive Society of Mechanical Engineers. He received his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering in 2006 and his Masters of Mechanical Engineering in 2007 from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
